Our Story
Our work is rooted in the belief that planning ahead prevents unnecessary stress later. We help you prepare before a crisis happens—creating personalized care plans, identifying resources, and ensuring that your wishes and needs are understood and respected. And when emergencies do arise, we step in quickly to stabilize the situation, communicate with providers, and guide you through the next steps with calm, clarity, and confidence.
Creating SolCare was inspired by a personal experience—supporting my 95‑year‑old grandmother through a sudden health crisis. I was the only surviving family member to jump in and help. That journey highlighted how confusing and emotionally heavy these moments can be, even for someone with decades of healthcare experience. It also revealed how many families are trying to manage these challenges from afar or without support. We are here to make sure no one has to face them alone.
